OVERVIEW

Destify is a B2C platform specializing in destination weddings, making it simple and easy to bring your loved ones together in a paradisiacal destination. With an emphasis on building a personal connection with each couple, Destify helps customers find the perfect venue, navigate travel logistics, and create a seamless experience for everyone.

Destify has trusted relationships with some of the most renowned resort brands around the world. These brands include Playa Resorts, Hyatt, AMR Resorts, RIU Resorts, Grand Palladium, Marival, Marriott, among others. The company offers a range of services that cater to different budgets, styles, and preferences, ensuring that each wedding is unique, personalized, and unforgettable.

CHALLENGE

The company needed to unify some of its wedding planning tools (provided by third-party products) and simplify many of its over-the-phone services under a single product. Additionally, we needed to rework already built and deployed features while developing a new set of user flows, information architecture, and tools. Finally, in close collaboration with the marketing team, we redesigned the brand guidelines to bring consistency across the company and created a comprehensive design system for the product. All of the above was executed within a year, including several functional and aesthetic iterations.
